We have been involved in the medical sector since our inception. We have successfully arranged lease finance for private hospitals, NHS hospitals, fertility units, GP surgeries and veterinary practices.

We were recently asked to provide finance for a fertility clinic. They requested that we finance various medical equipment including: scanners, lab equipment, zoom microscopes, gynae couches and day surgery trolleys. They also required finance for various furniture and IT equipment. Their total finance requirement was over £600k. We secured finance in the form of a leasing agreement over a 36 month period. The customer paid a 10% deposit and the balance was financed through our medical equipment leasing scheme.

We have also been asked recently to provide finance to a private hospital in the north of England. This customer had a lease finance requirement for £500,000.00 of patient entertainment systems. After requesting various financial information including up to date trading and management accounts, we provided a facility for the whole amount over a 5 year period.
